How did Humble Design start?
DCF had opened an investigation on me and less than 24 hours later the fire happened. I came in Humble House with a DCF case plan that said my case was too far past the due date for us to recover and I would not ever get my children back. But, with God's help and Humble House we all began to work as hard as we could to complete the requirements. The next time we had a family staffing I was told I could keep moving forward with the hopes of reunification. I have been reunified with my children and we have moved in to our own apartment.
